  6.    You awaken from your light slumber, to the bright light of day.  Was that
  7. a noise in the forest?  No, it was coming from the north, the direction of
  8. the village of Hommlet.  You quickly accustom yourself to your surroundings
  9. once more. To the north is a well-travelled path, and the rest of the area
  10. outside the clearing is heavily wooded.  You are poorly equipped, and have
  11. very little gold.  In fact, all your possessions are with you, including
  12. your father's old rusty sword, leather armour, and your family's only
  13. valuable item, a magic sack that can hold up to nine items no matter what
  14. the weight, and you treasure it very highly.   What you do possess in
  15. abbundance, is daring, desire, and hopefully, luck.  Strange rumours have
  16. brought you here.  You have heard of gruesome evil rites, and, also, many
  17. people have disappeared during the last year.  A new temple is said to have
  18. been erected nearby, one that worships an evil deity, to which much of the
  19. blame has been given.  You have come here in the hopes of discovering the
  20. actual happenings, and also to supplement your own income.  The idea of fame
  21. has a tremendous potential as well.  I wish you luck, in your coming
  22. adventure, you will need it.  Your quest lies to the north.
